How the platform works and how we protect your payments
WH Pass is a payment management platform for AWBs (Air Waybills) at warehouses. It allows importers to check their import charges, pay online and get the receipt needed to pick up goods at the warehouse. Warehouse operators manage AWBs, deposits and settings from the internal panel.
Card payments are accepted only by credit card. We do not accept debit card payments. To capture and transmit credit card data securely, we use Stripe as a technical processing platform; Stripe does not operate this service or manage the platform's AWBs, balances, charges, receipts, refunds or disputes.
The operation is ours, private and separate from Stripe. The platform does not store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. We only store the technical identifiers needed for payment traceability, reconciliation, support and auditing.
The credit card integration uses Stripe Elements, an embedded form running in an isolated iframe under Stripe infrastructure. This means credit card data does not pass through our servers.
We use this integration to reduce PCI DSS scope and improve the security of card capture. Operational responsibility for the service, charges and user support remains with the company operating the platform.
The platform stores only:
We never store: card numbers, CVV, expiry date, cardholder name or any other sensitive payment data.
